NETCENTS-2 contracts provide the Air Force with netcentric and information technology (IT) hardware, software, solutions, and services not offered by other mandatory use Department of Defense or Air Force acquisition initiatives.
In June 2012, DTSI was proud to be selected as an awardee of the Air Force’s Small-Business Network-Centric-Solutions-2 (NETCENTS-2) Application Services IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) Contract. In its announcement, the Air Force indicated that it had solicited over 700 registered offerors and had made awards to only 12 small businesses in the US. The NETCENTS-2 contracts are intended to provide the Air Force with a primary source of netcentric and IT products, services and solutions. The “Application Services” IDIQ will focus on providing a full-range of application services across the lifecycle. This NETCENTS-2 IDIQ has already exceeded $1 Billion in awards for the Small Business community. CEO Manny Marrufo is pleased that this contract vehicle has enabled DTSI to efficiently serve DoD and USAF customers throughout the U.S..
