As we continue to grow, DTSI is moving forward and upgrading our accounting and project management software to Deltek Costpoint, the industry-leading Enterprise Resource Planning software for Government Contractors. Deltek Costpoint delivers fully integrated enterprise automation developed specifically for sophisticated medium to large sized project based businesses. Even though we have been using Deltek software for many years, in looking at future requirements, we needed the ability to enhance, without restriction, complexities within the Account Structure, Organizational Structure, Project Structure, and Indirect Rate Structure.
In addition, with Costpoint, we will have a single integrated solution that will help us automate and simplify Human Resource processes, such as: streamline and automate the entire employee life cycle and reduce costs associated with open enrollment with employee self-service.
We will also be upgrading to a new version of the Deltek Time Recording system we utilize now. One of the important new features Employee Self-Service. Employees will now be able to access their personal information such as benefits, open enrollment and payroll. Employees will also be able to control personal data conveniently, around the clock and around the globe.
